  1. Pretend your going to the airport to catch a flight and you slept late, you need to move without distraction and with focus.
  2. How long would it take you to get out the door?
  3. That is your Get ready time.
  4. Now When do you want or need your day to start?
  5. Next add 30 minutes to your Get ready time.
  6. Formula to figure out your wake up time.

Example:
Start your day time, minus time it takes you to get ready, minus 30 minutes.
11am – 1 hour = 10am – 30 minutes = 9:30 Wake up time
