- Pretend your going to the airport to catch a flight and you slept late, you need to move without distraction and with focus.
- How long would it take you to get out the door?
- That is your Get ready time.
- Now When do you want or need your day to start?
- Next add 30 minutes to your Get ready time.
- Formula to figure out your wake up time.
Example:
Start your day time, minus time it takes you to get ready, minus 30 minutes.
11am – 1 hour = 10am – 30 minutes = 9:30 Wake up time
